Chris, I know how difficult it is being lonely. My son went to college this year, so I have empty-nest syndrom badly. You're right, there are good days and bad days. I think you're on the right track with prayer and involvement in church. Just know, many people care and are praying for you.

I know this an all too common prayer request here but I have been so lonely lately. I've been very active at the church I attend and even help lead the adult singles group there. I guess I'm much like anyone else, I have my good days and bad ones too. I pray for patience,wisdom, discernment and the ability to just trust God through this time of process I'm going through.
